Since we received submissions in Engilsh as well as in Polish, the proceedings were published in two volumes: the English one (Electronic Commerce: Theory and Applications) and the Polish one (Electronic Commerce: Teoria i Zastosowania). Note: these are not Polish and English translations of the same papers; the papers in both volumes are different. The table of contents is available below.
