| Paper SubmissionWe would like to invite original papers on all aspects of electronic commerce and related issues. The conference is meant to address not only the academic community, but also representatives of business, industry, government, and information technology sector. Thus - apart from research papers - practical presentations of existing solutions are very welcome, too.
Scope of the ConferenceGeneral list of topics is here. You can also have a look at the more detailed list. Submitting an Abstract

ECOM-03 Organizing Chair Wydzial Zarzadzania i Ekonomii Politechniki Gdanskiej ul. Narutowicza 11/12 80-952 Gdansk, Poland
Submitting a PaperPapers can be submitted either electronically (preferred method) or in hardcopy. For electronic submission, a paper should be sent by a dedicated page or by email to ecom@cs.utwente.nl. The paper must be in PDF, Postscript or MS-Word 97 format. Those who prefer traditional mail should send 3 copies of the paper to:
ECOM-03 Organizing Chair Wydzial Zarzadzania i Ekonomii Politechniki Gdanskiej ul. Narutowicza 11/12 80-952 Gdansk, Poland
The paper shouldn't exceed 8 pages of print. The title page must not contain the authors' names nor affiliations to enable blind reviewing. Please send us the title of the article, the abstract, authors' names and contact address before you submit the paper. This should help us to assign the papers to the reviewers more efficiently. Titles and abstracts should be submitted until May 15, 2003. The deadline for paper submission is June 1, 2003. Other important dates can be found here. Authors are encouraged to submit papers in English, although Polish is also acceptable for submission. Please note, however, that English language will be considered a serious advantage during the qualification process. The abstract must be prepared in English even if the rest of the paper is in Polish. It is strongly recommended to use Springer Verlag templates and guidelines when preparing the article. Templates for LaTeX2e and MS-Word, as well as some more information about the format and preparation of the paper can be found in the Instructions for Authors section. Final Versions of PapersAfter the notification of acceptance, the authors of accepted papers will have to prepare the camera-ready versions of their articles. The final version of a paper must conform to the reviewers' remarks, of course, and has to be prepared with LaTeX2e or Word using Springer style/template definitions (see Instructions for Authors). The submission is electronic - the appropriate Latex or Word file should be sent to ecom@cs.utwente.nl. PublicationAccepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings - a regular book with an ISBN number. The proceedings will be available at the conference.
