Ladies & Gentlemen, we kindly invite You to participate in the fourth edition of the conference. The conference is going to take place on 21-23 of April, 2005, in the beautiful city of Gdansk, Poland, on the Baltic Sea coast.

The IEEE Society agreed to be technical co-sponsor to our publication.
Due to extraordinary cicumstances, the 'European' part of the Joined Conference's date had to be changed again. This time this shall not change the ECOM's schedule. Howewer, we apologize for any possible incoinviniences caused by this change.

The Conference's schedule was changed due to authors' requests and coordinanton with AMI@WORK conference challenge.
